Terms and Conditions: Mystery Gift of the Month Program
- Eligibility: The Mystery Gift of the Month program (“Program”) is open to all customers who visit DAS MALAYSIA and fulfill the redemption criteria outlined below.
- Redemption Criteria: To qualify for the mystery gift, participants must complete the following THREE steps: (a) Scan and snap a photo of their car at DAS MALAYSIA. (b) Rate and review DAS MALAYSIA on Google, providing feedback about their visit. (c) Present the review to a DAS MALAYSIA service advisor to redeem the mystery gift.
- Participation Period: The Program runs on a monthly basis, with each redemption period commencing on the first day of the month and concluding on the last day of the month.
- Gift Redemption: Mystery gifts are subject to availability and may vary from month to month. Participants are entitled to one mystery gift per visit during the Program period.
- Review Submission: Reviews submitted for redemption must be genuine and reflect the participant’s true experience at DAS MALAYSIA. DAS MALAYSIA reserves the right to reject reviews deemed to be fraudulent or inauthentic.
- Gift Collection: Participants must present a valid review to a DAS MALAYSIA service advisor for verification before claiming their mystery gift.
- Gift Exchanges and Returns: Mystery gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Also, no returns or refunds will be provided for mystery gifts.
- Program Modifications: DAS MALAYSIA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Mystery Gift of the Month Program at any time without prior notice. Additionally, any changes to the Program will be communicated through appropriate channels.
- Participant Consent: By participating in the Program, participants, generally, consent to the use of their photos, name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Program, without additional compensation.
- Governing Law: The Program and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
